Sweet 'n Sassy Friday Feature - Thankful Blooms

Today on the Sweet 'n Sassy blog, we're featuring one of the latest releases...Thankful Blooms (YES, there is a matching die!), Thankful Innies, and the Mother Word die.  Hop over to the SNSS blog to check out all of the new sets (and die) and to read about our latest challenge along with prize drawing details!

I'm just sharing a card featuring the Thankful Blooms stamp set and every time I looked at this set, I only thought of watercoloring.  However, since this is a solid image vs. an outline that can be colored in, I had to think out of the box on how to create a watercolor look.  Enter my Faber Castell Big Brush Markers!  I simply colored on each stamp, misted with water, and stamped on watercolor paper.  My first stamp, shown on the bottom left, was followed by a second on the upper left.  Two different looks!  You can even mist the stamp, before coloring it again, to get an even softer tone.  Fun stuff!

Be sure to check out all of the great new release details on the SNSS blog!!

Amazing! I love the soft appearance you were able to achieve. This really makes this set even more appealing.
