I can't believe it's already been a year and a half! My design time with The Crafters Workshop has come to an end over more than a year of designing with their amazing products. It's been a great ride! TCW has always had a special place in my heart. I sold their products when I owned a store and their stencils were the very first ones I used when I decided to try out this new art thing called mixed media. Not only do they consistently produce a wide variety of stencil designs, but last year they introduced an incredible line of mixed media products, including paints, gessos, modeling pastes, and more. A HUGE thanks to the entire TCW crew! Thank you for selecting me to be on your team and for providing me with enough products to last me a lifetime!

Above are a few photos of my last design team post. I also created a video walking you through my creative process. This was actually a really quick and easy project and it was fun to use some Prima products that have been tucked away in my stash for years. I hope you enjoy and please offer your support to TCW!

Sweet 'n Sassy Release Day - Pretty Potted Florals

It's my favorite time of the month again..release week with Sweet 'n Sassy! This month, SNSS is releasing a wide variety of beautiful stamp sets, including a few floral sets, Creative Worship sets, and a new sentiment set. I'm in love with the new flower sets...they are so pretty! I'm looking forward to creating more projects featuring the new sets.

Today I'm sharing a project showcasing one image from the Pretty Potted Florals set and a custom sentiment created using a special set that will be released next month. Sneaky peek!

I created my card by first using embossing paste and a stencil to create the white on white background design. My potted flower was stamped on cardstock, colored with Zig Brush Markers, fussy cut, and attached to my text panel. The Hello was also stamped on cardstock and cut to fit the middle panel. I added a tiny yellow banner to hid the edge of the sentiment paper and tie in with the yellow in the flower. Quick card that would be super easy to mass produce. The Adventure Begins

For those who haven't heard...I was asked to join The Crafters Workshop design team last month! Woot! Woot! I'm so excited!
