Hi folks and welcome to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  WooHoo!  I can't think of anything more exciting than celebrating the combo of coffee and crafting!  (Can you tell that I love coffee...oh man, can't live without it each morning!)

My coffee lovin' card features a darling stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy; Pick Me Up.  The stamp set contains six images and six coffee-themed sentiments.  There's also a coordinating die set for the stamp set...yippee!

My card actually started out as an ATC...can you see it?  I created the entire ATC, including all of the patterned paper, stamped image, and attaching of the sentiment before I glued the entire piece onto a standard size card, which has been embossing using a Tim Holtz embossing folder.

My coffee cup was embossed using Wendy Vecchi Archival Ink and embossing powder, both in Cornflower Blue.  I then used white paint and a "splotty" stamp to add the white dots..instant faux graniteware (thank you Wendy!)

Sweet 'n Sassy Release - Pick Me Up

 

A coffee themed stamp set...swoon...Nothing makes me happier than coffee and stamping.  Seriously, good stuff and you'll be giddy once you hear that there is a coordinating die set that goes with the new Pick Me Up stamp set!  That's right, a die for the mug, tiny heart, steam, and more!

I went CAS for this card as I simply had to use this fun designer paper from Fancy Pants (Be Loved) with the sweet grey mug full of my favorite beverage.  Just a sweet sentiment is all that was needed to finish out today's card.  Enjoy every sip!!
