I'm excited to be playing along with Tiffany Doodles' Blog Hop as a guest designer! Thanks so much for asking me to be a part of the hop Tiffany! For my card I used the Cherry Blossom digi image. This is one of my favorite Tiffany Doodles images! (Go figure, it's a flower!! **giggle**) I paried the image with paper from Basic Grey. The image was first printed out on my printer and then colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy.

New Tiffany Doodles Release

Welcome to the Tiffany Doodles sneak peek! This Friday Tiffany will be releasing a number of beautiful new floral images, including this new Cherry Blossom image. And if you purchase any of the new sets you can take 10% off of your order!

Here's the card I created with this stunning image. I kept the image large (one of the nice things about digi images is that you can make them whatever size you like) so that it would fill the majority of the card. I colored the image with Copics and paired it with beautiful vintage paper from Graphic 45. The sentiment is actually one that I just picked up from Wholly Scrap!; part of a set from TPC, rhinestones are from Little Yellow Bicycle. Tiffany Doodles Release Day

The Japanese Magnolia image that I used on my card here is now available for puchase/download from the Tiffany Doodles web site! I used the colored digis on my card, however, the same images are available without color so you can add your own creative spin to the image! Enjoy and remember that 100% off the proceeds from the purchase of the colored digi set will be sent to the Red Cross to help with relief efforts in Japan.

Keep it Simple Sunday

Greetings all!! Today's KSS card may not seem that simple, what with all those layers, but since I used a brand new pre-colored digi image from Tiffany Doodles, this card took me just minutes to create!! Can I just tell you how much I love printing out an already colored image...how totally cool is that? And the coloring on this new digi image, Japanese Magnolia, is simply beautiful! The best part, a portion of the proceeds from that sale of this image will go to the Red Cross to help with the efforts to help those affected by the destruction of the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. My heart and prayers go out to that country and all the tragedy that they are currently experiencing and I created by card with those thoughts in mind. Beside the digi image from Tiffany Doodles, which is a set that includes five images, my card also showcases new designer paper from Kaiser Craft and a tiny sneak peek of a sentiment that will soon be released from Sweet 'n Sassy. The newsprint background behind the flower image is a new stamp set from Papertreyink. Enjoy and please visit the Tiffany Doodles web site to see the new images. Tiffany Doodles Challenge - TD09

Happy Monday bloggers and welcome to this month's Tiffany Doodles challenge! This is your opportunity to participate in a fun challenge and be entered in to a drawing for wonderful prizes! Tiffany Doodles Sneak Peek

It might still be freezing out (yesterday was so cold it was scary!) but I know that Spring is on its way and soon we'll be enjoying the sounds of chirping birds, wide open windows, and budding trees. Not that I mind winter and the snow but this year...I just can't wait for Spring!! To welcome in those warmer days, Tiffany Doodles is releasing a brand new line of beautiful bird images on February 18. My card features the Warbler with Cherry Blossoms image and will be available for download on Friday! This darling image has been paired with designer paper from Basic Gray, ribbon from American Crafts, a flower from Prima, and sentiment from Sweet 'n Sassy. Tiffany Doodles Sneak Peek

It is a week for sneak peeks and today is no excpetion!! For today's card, I'm excited to tell you about some new floral digi images that Tiffany created for the Tiffany Doodles web site...These new images will be available for download on January 28!

My card features the new Nicotiana image and the really fun thing about these new images is that they were made to perfectly fit a set of Nestibilities dies! The Nicotiana image fits the classic large oval die set. I also love the way Tiffany included a little frame around the image (you can download the image with or without the frame). I paired the image with shabby designer paper from Ruby Rock-it...six months in and I'm still in love with this paper! I colored the flowers with Copics (and I confess that I'm not entirely sure what color a Nicotiana flower is but I'm diggin the blue!!) and cut out one of the flowers to pop up with foam tape. The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy. Be sure to check the sparkly new Tiffany Doodles site on January 28 to see all of the new digis! Enjoy!

St. Jude Valentine Day Card Drive

Happy Monday! Today I'm thrilled to tell you about a St. Jude Valentine Day Card Drive that is being sponsored by Winter Sims. I'm sure many of you are familiar with St. Judes Hospital but if not I'll provide you with a very quick overview (taken from their web site). St. Judes is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. That makes me teary...What a blessing for those families who are in need of such treatment. While the hospital relies on donations, the children rely on cards and gifts from friends, family, and those who they don't even know to help cheer them up and put a smile on their face and that's the goal of the Valentine Day Card Drive!....To send a card to a sweet child who is currently receiving treatment at St. Judes. (A full list of rules can be found on Winter's blog and I've also listed them at the end of my post). I'm also excited to tell you that for donating a card, you'll be entered in to a drawing for free goodies!! And Tiffany Doodles is one of the prize sponsors! Well...do you want to hear about today's card??!! I'm super excited about this sweet new image from Tiffany Doodles! It's screaming love! The image is called Umbrella with Hearts and it's available right now to download for only $2.50! (I paired the image with the Valentine's Sentiments set that includes four love-themed sentiments for only $1.00!) This sweet paper is brand new from Bo Bunny, called Crazy in Love. The ribbon is also from Bo Bunny and coordinates with the paper line. Nothing super tricky about this card...I did print out the image twice so I could cut out and pop up the umbrella. I also added a few white gel pen polka dots to the umbrella 'cause a girl can never have too many polka dots! But wait...there's more...A few of the other Tiffany Doodles DT members have also created cards for Card Drive and you can view their artwork at the links below. * Cards need to be a Valentine theme. * Cards can't have anything about 'Get Well Soon', 'Feel Better', or anything reminding them of being sick. (Only Valentine Cards) * Please make cards that can be used for any gender or age.

* Cards must be able to fit into a 4 1/2 X 5 3/4 envelope.

* You can include a message in the inside, but please remember, nothing reminding them of being sick. (Maybe just a Valentine sentiment.) You can also sign your first name but not your last name or where you are from. (St. Jude's rules state that they can't give out the givers info.) *Winter will be excepting cards for the whole month of January. ( Jan. 1 - Jan. 31) *At the end of the month, Winter will pick random winners for prizes. She will be adding more prizes, often. The more cards you send, the more times your name goes into the drawing.

Tiffany Doodles Blog Hop and Challenge

Welcome to the Tiffany Doodles Blog Hop and monthly challenge! On my card I used the brand new Christmas Ornaments digi set, which comes with three ornaments. One of the things I really like about digi images is that you can alter the size of the image. For today's card I knew what size my cut out window would be so I changed the size of the ornament images to fit the opening.

Once my images were printed I colored them with Copics and covered them with lots of bling; rhinestones and Stickles. Very fun! The paper I used is from Webster's Pages (that fabulous fushion patterned paper is on the back of the pale floral paper on the front of my card...isn't that a fun mix of colors and designs!), and the sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy. So...here's your challenge for December. Create a Christmas themed card or other project and add a link back to your blog or online gallery on the Tiffany Doodles site. You have until December 31 to post! We'll draw four winners who will win the following: 1st place - 7 digis, 2nd place - 5 digis, 3rd place - 3 digis, 1 Random - 3 digis.
