I kept both of my designs fairly simple and I think as you'll see the rest of my projects for this month's release...I had a thing for kraft cardstock! (LOVE it!) My first bookmark features this darling sentiment from the famous Dr. Seuss and I loved it so much that I wanted it to be the main focus of the bookmark. I simply added a bit of distressing (thanks to a Distress Ink pad) and a few dots (thanks to a stencil) before stamping the sentiment. I think stamps the two larger words on cream cardstock, inked the edges, and pasted them over the original stamped image. Those sweet flowers were the perfect accent!
My second bookmark (because you can't stop at just one) shows off these sweet globe and paper airplanes images along with this great quote. You'll notice that there are also two bookmark designs included in the die set. Want to see more? Check out the full stamp and die sets below, along with the links to the rest of the design teams projects! Enjoy!
