For this card I used the Mini Ringlets stencil from The Crafters Workshop to create the background behind the mermaid (I thought it looked like bubbles!) I used Distress Inks and a blending tool to add the ink color and then just a hint of silver Stickles for a little bling. The image was colored with Copic markers and I used a colorless blender, also from Copic, to add a bit of texture to the mermaid's tail. My cardstock was embossed with Sizzix embossing folders. Fun stuff!!
